Subscription plans (Mission Ready, Forward Elite) automatically renew unless cancelled. Pricing is displayed clearly before purchase.
Refund eligibility is subject to Apple or Google billing policies. Subscription features may change over time, and we will communicate material changes via in-app notice or email.
Payment processing is securely handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google Play. Forward Ops does not directly store full payment card information. Subscription management, including cancellation and refund requests, is handled through the respective app store or payment provider.
Forward Ops, including the Anita AI companion, provides wellness support and information only. Anita is an AI-powered wellness companion. She does not provide medical, mental health, therapy, or professional healthcare services. Wellness insights are informational only.
Forward Ops does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Users should contact qualified professionals for medical, mental health, injury, or emergency concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forward Ops and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
