Payment processing is securely handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google Play. Forward Ops does not directly store full payment card information. Subscription status is maintained securely to manage your access to premium features.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication (Supabase Auth) and Row-Level Security to ensure only you can access your records. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud providers. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information; however, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
Forward Ops retains user information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve platform performance, and maintain platform security. Some anonymized analytics, wellness trends, or transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or operational purposes.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting service@forwardops.app. Upon verified request, Forward Ops will delete user data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. You can also initiate deletion directly from your Profile.

We do not sell your data to advertisers. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and may use analytics tools to understand app usage — always under strict confidentiality agreements. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google Play.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and keeping your account information confidential.
Forward Ops is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us immediately at service@forwardops.app.
